The foulards are inspired from the colours and patterns on the wings of the butterflies. I picked up the elements that interested me most in order to create new designs. They were printed on fabrics and with the pleating technique new shapes were formed.
These butterflies are part of the important collection by John Coutsis which is in Athens.
